Short version: we keep your documents to do your work, and nothing else.
What we hold
The files you send, the translated versions, and a terminology glossary per client. Contact details for correspondence and invoicing. Nothing more.
What we do not do
We do not use client documents to train anything, do not pass them to third parties except a named colleague on a job you have been told about, and do not run analytics on this website. There are no cookies here and no third-party scripts.
Retention
Glossaries and translated sets are kept so later revisions stay consistent. Source files are deleted when a job closes unless you ask us to keep them. Write to us and we will delete anything we hold.
